Important Notice:
- Only registered exhibitors are entitled to free exhibit areas.
- Only registered exhibitors will be entitled to have tea/coffee and lunch during the conference.
- Space will be assigned by slots.
- The Organizer/Exhibition Manager reserves the right to change the venue and date of exhibition in case of unavoidable circumstances.
- The stall will be handed over on 24th November @ 0800 am and have to vacate the stall area by 4 pm on 27th November 2016.
- Sponsorship offers shall be entertained on a first come first serve basis.
- Application to participate will be considered only if it is submitted with appropriate form, duly filled in, signed and accompanied by full payment.
- Exhibit space will only be allocated after receipt of the full payment.
- No banners or display boards are allowed outside the designated stalls.
- Stall owners can display banners and hoarding within designated stall areas.
- Any damage caused to the octronome sheets or stall material will have to be compensated to the contractor.
- Subletting of stall will be considered as breach of contract and in such a case the stall owner will be asked to vacate the stall with immediate effect and a fine of Rs. One Lakh will be charged.
- Sharing of stall is strictly not allowed.
- Overnight retention of goods in respective stalls will be at the sole risk of the stall owners. Organizers will take no responsibility for loss or damages of goods, banners or any other promotion material.
- Sticking of any promotional material in Hotel area is strictly prohibited.
- Stall owners will have to obtain a gate pass from the Hotel Management while getting material from outside.
- All major sponsorships will be acknowledged in the conference souvenir.
- All the sponsors should register names of their representatives with the organizing committee One month before the start of conference and all such persons will be required to wear the ID tags provided.
- No workman will be allowed at the exhibition site after 10.00 AM on the Inauguration day.
- If the sponsor fails to occupy the stall by 12 Noon on the inauguration day, the organizing committee reserves the right to allot the vacant stalls to the waiting applicants.
- The exhibition committee shall in no way be responsible for any tax liability incurred for any sale/booking transaction undertaken by the exhibitors.
- Service tax is to be borne by the sponsor/exhibitor/company.
- Certificate of participation will be issued after the conference.
