Cancellation and Refund policy:

Cancellation on or before 31^st May 2016- 25% of Registration and accommodation charges will be deducted.
Cancellation on or before 30^th September2016- 50% of Registration and accommodation charges will be deducted.
No refund for cancellation after 30^th September 2016.

All refunds will be made after the conference by HDFC bank cheque only.
